Green Gannet Food Co is a small but passionate team based in Falkirk specialising in all things BBQ. Whether its cooking directly over fire, indirectly or slow smoking, we can guarantee you’ll receive quality produce cooked over coals. 

Using our custom built open fire BBQ we offer a relaxed event catering service across Scotland. As we cook over fire, our set up is fully mobile and self sufficient, so we can cater for any event - no matter the location.

Our local and seasonal food is prepared from scratch and is focused around all things fire and smoke. Our set up is a guaranteed talking point at your event.

We work across Central Scotland, in all areas between Edinburgh and Glasgow. But we also travel to many other locations over Scotland.
