Alex Stewart, chef and firestarter, brings a wealth of experience from across Scotland’s hospitality industry, having worked with leading luxury hotels, tourist attractions, restaurants, and catering companies.
Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, Alex enjoys working closely with clients to develop fresh, innovative menus tailored to each occasion. His approach combines modern ideas with quality Scottish ingredients and a love for cooking over fire.
You’ll often find Alex creating dishes at The Garden Kitchen Café in West Lothian, developing menus for private events, and bringing his signature fire-cooked style to unique celebrations and experiences across Scotland.
