At Green Gannet Food Co, we cook over fire, specialising in all things slow smoked and BBQ. We love to bring something special to each individual event, making it memorable for your guests.

Our food is fresh, seasonal, relaxed, wholesome, and colourful.

Our chef and firestarter Alex Stewart loves to work with clients on an individual basis to share his fresh, innovative and modern ideas to create bespoke menus for any occasion.

We offer catering across Central Scotland, from Glasgow to Edinburgh, but travel to many other locations.
