At Green Gannet Food Co, we cook over fire, specialising in all things slow-smoked and BBQ. We love to bring something special to each individual event, making it memorable for your guests - whether cooked on our fire table (for intimate events) or our unique BBQ food truck (perfect for larger gatherings).

Our food is fresh, seasonal, sustainable, relaxed, and colourful — always with the theatre of fire and smoke.

Our chef and firestarter, Alex Stewart, loves to work with clients on an individual basis to share his fresh, innovative and modern ideas to create bespoke menus for any occasion.
