We believe your event should be unique, which means we offer bespoke BBQ catering menus.

When making your menu choices, and to have the full experience, we recommend three meat/fish options along with three sides/salads. However if you are looking for evening food at your wedding, corporate catering at your workplace, canape receptions, hot fork buffets then get in touch directly so we can send you a bespoke menu.
Meat
Slow smoked beef
Scottish beef rump slow smoked over open flames, finished with a chimichurri sauce
Chorizo Sausage
Slow smoked jumbo pork and chorizo sausage, finished with Chipotle sauce and crispy onions
Lamb Kofta Skewers
Butchers Lamb Kofta skewers finished with fresh pomegranate and mint yoghurt
Peri Peri Spiced Chicken thighs
Peri Peri spiced chicken thighs topped with a charred corn and sun blushed tomato salsa
Pulled Pork
Slow smoked and pulled Scottish pork shoulder served in its own cooking juices with BBQ sauce on the side
Open Flame
Whole/Half Scottish lamb cooked over open flames for hours (minimum of 40 guests)

Fish
Planked Salmon
Honey and lemon glazed salmon slow roasted over open flames on cedar planks
Monkfish and chorizo Skewers
Grilled directly over coals served with a salsa verde dressing
Chapa King Prawns
King prawns cooked directly on the chapa plate finished with garlic, chilli, ginger and coriander and charred lime
Vegetarian and Salads/Sides
Ember Baked Potatoes
Sweet potatoes baked in the embers, green beans, sun-dried tomato rocket, preserved lemon dressing
Charred Peppers And Courgettes
Sliced and mixed with harissa couscous, pickled onions, and coriander
BBQ Baked Beetroots
Thinly sliced, crumbled feta cheese, fresh rocket, charred orange, olive oil and parsley dressing
Ember Baked Butternut Squash
With spinach, red onion shells, feta cheese, and pomegranate
Fresh Seasonal Coleslaw
Ex. red cabbage, apple and dill
BBQ Broccoli
With toasted hazelnut dressing, rocket, and shaved parmesan
Seasonal Potatoes
Cooked on the chapa over open flames and finished with sour cream, chives and crispy onions
