Step into the world of Lallybroch for an unforgettable evening at Midhope Castle, the iconic filming location used as Jamie Fraser's family home in Outlander. Your experience begins at 7pm with exclusive private access to the castle, where you'll be welcomed with a signature Sassenach Spirit cocktail and delicious Scottish-inspired canapés.
As you soak up the atmosphere of this much-loved filming location, enjoy cocktails inspired by Sam's book The Cocktail Diaries and explore the castle, courtyard, and grounds with knowledgeable guides. Along the way, you'll discover more about the castle’s history and its connection to the beloved series.
Guests will also have the opportunity to try on historically inspired costumes and capture memorable photographs reminiscent of 18th-century Scotland.
At 7.45pm, the evening continues with a generous Scottish sharing feast served beside the fire in the estate's atmospheric farm workshop, bringing together exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a truly memorable Outlander-inspired experience.

Inspired by Scotland's rich culinary heritage, the Fire Feast features a selection of traditional dishes cooked over open flames and whisky staves. From smoked salmon and venison to hearty vegetarian alternatives, each course showcases Scottish ingredients and flavours, finishing with a classic cranachan dessert. A sample menu is available on this page, and guests can select either a regular or vegetarian menu when booking.

As our Fire Feast is served family-style at communal tables for this event, we can only cater to vegetarian guests.
When booking your ticket, please select either Fire Feast or Vegetarian Fire Feast.

Included in the ticket price is one alcoholic or non alcoholic cocktail per person, a half bottle of wine or two soft drinks/non alcoholic beers per person with the Fire Feast.
Additional alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available to purchase on the evening.
